Two of our top elite cadets Zelin Ye and Rachel Wang competed in the 2019 Canada Cup held January 12 and 13 in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. This premiere competition in Canada featured some of the best adults, juniors, and cadets in Canada with competitors from the United States as well. Both Zelin and Rachel participated in the ITTF Hopes Event competition for boys and girls, respectively. Despite a very tough field of competitors, Zelin won the boys event AND Rachel won the girls event! What an incredible performance by two top young athletes from Triangle TT in Morrisville, NC. Additionally, Zelin showcased his skills in the cadet boys event and placed 2nd overall dispatching an incredibly difficult field of young competitors to make the finals. Our sincere and heartfelt congratulations to these very talented young rising stars.
